_ why do we (designers) use a grid? what are the benefits or functions?
It makes things really organized and optimizes the designs functionality making it easy to follow.

Margins- the length of the imaginary border on outside of the paper
columns- blocks of text where it fits more than one block of text going vertically on the paper
grid moduels- grid of desired specifications either manually, or automatically based on previously identified objects

_ what are ways to achieve a clear hierarchy?
create a clear system a good way to do it is to make the most important bold and bigger font then for the others do a series of bigger fonts (but not bigger than the header) and bullet points and maybe even underlines
